Fishing on a Curragh
A pair of mice on their curragh, out fishing in the waters of western Ireland.
Hand cut at my trusty scrollsaw, shaped on the sander and the edges sanded smooth by hand.
I use only water based child friendly stains and paints.
It looks great on a mantlepiece too...
I cut my jigsaws/figures individually so every piece is slightly different from the others: if you wish to see the actual piece I'll be sending contact me and I'll send you a photo of it.
The Sail boat is about 9 inches long.
Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
All my toys and ornaments are from my original drawings. Handmade in Ireland by me.
Drop me a e-mail if you'd prefer a boat or fisherman in a different pose or colour ( ex: a dog at the wheel): there is no extra charge for customisation, just a couple of days extra waiting time as I craft the piece.
